校园秩序与课外活动管理规定
Regulations on Campus Order and Extracurricular Activities
1、学校维护校园正常秩序，保障学生的正常学习和生活。
1、The University strives to keep campus order, to ensure a good environment for study and living.
2.学校建立和完善学生参与民主管理的组织形式，鼓励和支持学生对学校的工作提出意见和建议，支持和保障学生依法参与学校民主管理。
2、The University set up organizations and regulations to promote student involvement in the democratic management of the University; it eneourages and supports students to give advice and make suggestions the word of the University.
3.学生应当自觉遵守中国的法律法规，自觉遵守学校管理制度，创造和维护文明、整洁、优美、安全和学习和生活环境。学生不得有酗酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒、传播、复制、贩卖非法书刊和音像制品等违反治安管理规定的行为；不得参与非法传销和传教活动；不得从事或者参与有损大学生形象、有损社会公德的活动。
3、All student should abide by the laws and regulations of China as well as regulations of the University, and try their best to create and maintain a civilized, clean, elegant and safe environment for study. Students are strictly forbidden to the indulgence of alcoholic beverages or drugs; acting with violence; gambling; propagating, copying and selling illegal publications or audio-visual products and any behavior against the law in respect the management of public security. Students are not allowed to take part in illegal pyramid selling, or religious preaching activities. Students are not allowed to do anything that will impair the image of a college student and erode public morality.
4、学校应当尊重学生的民族习俗和宗教信仰，但不提供举行宗教仪式的场所。校内严禁进行传教及宗教集会等活动。
4. The University shall respect the ethnic custom and religious belief of the students but will not afford places for holding religious rites. Preaching, religious rally and other religious activities are not allowed on campus.
5、学生可以在校内组织、参加学生团体。学生成立团体，应当按学校有关规定提出书面申请，报学校批准。学生团体应当在中国法律、法规和学校管理制度范围内活动，接受学校的领导和管理。
5 Students are free to ste up and join student organizations. To establish student organization, the students should send a written application to the FOREIGN STUDENTS ADMINISTRATION to be approved. Student organization must operate withein the scope allowed by the lawe, and regulations of China, as well as the regulations of the University; it must accept the leadership and management of the University.
6、学校提倡并支持学生团体开展有益于身心健康的学术、科技、艺术、文娱、体育等活动。学生进行课外活动不得影响学校正常的教育教学秩序和生活秩序。
6. The University encourages students and their organizations to carry out kidns of academic, scientific, technological, artistic, recreational, and sports activities. Extracurricular activities must not impact the tegular teaching and living order.
7、学校鼓励、支持和指导学生参加社会实践、社会服务和开展勤工助学活动，并根据实际情况给予必要帮助。学生参加勤工助学活动应当遵守中国法律、法规以及学校、用工单位的管理制度，履行勤工助学活动的有关协议。
7. The University encourages, supports and gives guidance to the community service activities and part-time work=study program of the students, and will give them necessary help. Students joining the part-time work-study program should abide by the laws and regulations of China, as well as the regulations of the University and the employer unit; they should faithfully carry out their duties as specified in the relevant agreements.
8、学生举行集会、游行、示威等活动，应当按中国法律程序和有关规定获得批准。对未获批准的，学校将依法劝阻或者制止。
8. Mass assembly, demonstration and parade must be approved in advance according to legal procedures and laws of China; any unapproved activities will be stopped or persuaded to give up by the University.
9、学生使用计算机网络，应当遵循中国和学校关于网络使用的有关规定，不得登录非法网站、传播有害信息。
9. Student should strictly abide by the dormitory management and fire safety regulations of the University, and always be aware of campus safety.
