留学生生活管理规定
1、在华学习期间应遵守中国人民共和国的法律、法令和有关规定，不散布、不做有损于中国人民利益和两国人民友好的言论和行为。
2、因私用车，由留学生工作办公室协助安排，费用自理。
3、学校尊重留学生的民族习俗和宗教信仰，经学校批准，留学生可在学校指定地点庆祝本国重要传统节日，但不得有反对我国的内容或违反公共道德的言行，且严禁在校内进行传教和其它宗教宣传活动。
4、留学生可自愿参加学校组织的群众性活动，如：开学、毕业典礼、运动会、劳动及文艺活动等。不得自行进入歌厅、舞厅等娱乐场所。
5、留学生组织任何有中国师生参加的课外活动，需事先报告留学生工作办公室，经批准方能举行，必要时可予以协助。
6、自行取、寄包裹，特殊情况所在学院可以协助，费用自理。外出旅游和回国，所在学院可协助联系购买火车票、飞机票，但必须提前两周到所在学院申请，资金和所需费用自理。
7、留学生工作办公室办理留学生的各种证件，费用自理。
8、按中国的节假日休假，实行双休日制度。
寒假：1个月
暑假：2个月
9、利用节假日外出旅游，学校一般不派陪同翻译。
如需陪同翻译，须向留学生工作办公室提出，留学生工作办公室根据需要和可能予以选派，但陪同翻译的交通费，住宿费由留学生负担，留学生不得私自找中国师生作陪同翻译。
10、就餐问题
a.自主就餐：留学生可以到学校各个餐厅或校外餐厅自主就餐，费用自理。
b．包餐：留学生可到留学生餐厅办理包月手续，但应于每月30日前交清当月伙食费。
11、留学生在校学习期间不得就业、经商，或从事其他营利性活动，但可以按学校规定参加勤工助学活动。
12、校方将在条件允许的情况下，将尽可能为外国留学生提供优良服务。
Regulations on Foreign Students’Daily Life
1. The foreign students should abide by the Chinese law, decrees and other correlative regulations, the foreign students should not take any actions or saying anything that is harmful to the friendship and interest between two countries.
2. Use of the university car should be arranged by the Office of Foreign Students’Affairs of Jinggangshan University, and should be paid by foreign students selves.
3. University will respect the foreign students' culture and religious belief. With the approval of the University, the foreign students have right to celebrate their traditional festival in a place appointed by the university, but the content can not be against China or its public morality. Propaganda of religious and other related religious activities is forbidden:

The foreign students may volunteer to attend any activities organized by Jinggangshan University, such as university’s opening and graduation ceremony,sport meeting, labor and art activities and so on.Students are not allowed to privately enter entertainment places such as musical room or ballroom.
5. If the foreign students want to organize any extracurricular
activities. They must report to the Office of Foreign Students’Affairs of Jinggangshan University. After getting approval, they may conduct these activities. If necessary, the Office of Foreign Students’ Affairs will offer assistance.
6. The foreign students should fetch and post packages by themselves. In case of special occasions, the school will offer assistance, but the fees should be paid by foreign students. Traveling within China or returning to their own country, the school may assist the foreign students to book the train and air tickets, but foreign students should apply to the school two weeks earlier and all fees should be paid by the students.
7. The Office of Foreign Students’ Affairs will assist foreign students to go through various certificate formalities.
8. According to the regulations of Chinese holiday, foreign students have two days off each week, one_month winter holiday and two_month summer holiday.
9. When foreign students go for traveling during holidays, the university will not assign an interpreter. If the foreign students need an interpreter, The Office of Foreign Students’ Affairs may arrange an interpreter according to the actual situation, but foreign students should pay the fees including the accommodation and transportation. Foreign students should not hire a private interpreter without getting the approval of the Office of Foreign Students’ Affairs.
10. Dining Hall Rules
(1)Repast: foreign students may go to all campus or outside dining halls for meals, the fees should be paid by students themselves.
(2)Monthly meals: foreign students may go to the dining hall to pay for meals in advance each month, but payments should be made by foreign students before the 30th day in every month.
11. During the period of study, it is forbidden for foreign students to obtain employment, be in business, or take any other activities for interest, but foreign students may take part in the work - for - study
activities which are organized by university.
12. The University will endeavor to provide the best service it possibly can.
