1.Recruit:Aged 18-25years old，non Chinese citizens who are good in character and in health,hold valid passports and high school graduation certificates(or equivalent)or above.

2.Application and Admission

1)Requirements of Applicants

a.Applicants should be good in character,behave well and have no criminal record.

b.Applicants should be good in health as wellas in mind .They must submit a clean bill of health and suffer no mental illness.

c. Applicants for program of civil engineering should have a pass mark in English, maths and physics or above.Applicants for program of MBBS should have good grades or above in English and biology.

d.Applicants who apply for joining a Chinese-student class should hold Level Five certificate of Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK) or above.

2)Application Time

From Februaryto September every year.Specific time can be adjusted according to enrollment situation.

 3)Application Materials

Including electronic canning copies of applicants’ highest diplomas and transcripts of the highest academic

qualifications,andJinggangshan University Application Form for Foreign Students’Study in China. Applicants who apply for joining a Chinese-student class should submit electronic canning copies of Level Five certificate of Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK) or above

 4) Procedures of Application and Admission

a.Download Jinggangshan University Application Form for Foreign Students’Study in China from website of http://ice.jgsu.edu.cn and fill it out;

b.Prepare other required materials and send all the materials together with Jinggangshan University Application Form for Foreign Students’Study in China to the Foreign Students’Work Office of the International School of Jinggangshan University by the following ways:

a).Submit paper application materials to the Foreign Students’Work Office of the International School of Jinggangshan University personally or through an agency;

b).Mail all the materials to the Foreign Students’Work Office of the International School of Jinggangshan University.

c).Log into our school’s website http://ice.jgsu.edu.cn ,enter the online application system and send the electronic canning copies of all the application materials to our school’s email addresses gjc@jgsu.edu.cn or 474512489@qq.com.

 c. The International School of Jinggangshan University will organize its staff members to review the application materials.

 d.If an applicant has passed the review, the International School of Jinggangshan University will inform the applicant himself or herself of the result through email or other ways.

　 e. The International School of Jinggangshan University will send the Admission Notice,the Oversea Student Visa Request Form(JW202form) and Jinggangshan University Enrollment Program for Foreign Students to the admitted student within one month.

Remark:No matter whether the applicant is admitted by our school or not, the above-mentioned materials will not be returned.

3.Registration

 a.Time of Registration:September to October each school year.Specific registration time is subjected to the

 finalconfirmatin of the Admission Notice.

　 b.Required Materials for Registration:the Admission Notice(original),JW202form( original),the highest

diploma and transcript of the highest academic qualifications, the valid passport(original),eight pieces of two inch bareheaded photos,transfer certificate(submitted only by the admitted student who has had study experience in China),Chinese certificate of completion(submitted only by the admitted student who has studied Chinese in China) and Level Four certificate of Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK) or above (submitted only by the admitted student who applies for a Chinese-student class)

 c.Registration Workflow:

a). Hand in all the materials required for registration to the Foreign Students’Work Office of the International School of Jinggangshan University for review.

b).The class advisor works out roll number for new students and send the new student list to the Charge Section of the Project Finance Department of Jinggangshan University.

c).New students pre-deposit in full charge to ATM cards of the China Construction Bank according to the charge requirements and go to the Charge Section of the Project Finance Department of Jinggangshan University for fee deduction and for receiving tuition invoice .

d).New students go to the Foreign Students’Work Office for registration with the fee invoice and their class tutor arrange them to stay in the bedrooms.

e).The class tutor helps new students to carry out physical examination and transact residence permit.
